The city Airport is located about 14 kilometers
south of Paris. It provides quality service to passengers and simultaneously
contributes to development of the Region and of tourism in general.
Free shuttle buses run between the two terminals. There are car
parks directly linked to the terminal by lift or travelator. There
are also cheaper car parks serving both terminals, linked to the
terminals by a free shuttle.
INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS
The Orly South information desks is present at Exits C and H on
the ground floor, and at Hall B on the first floor while Orly West
has airport information desks on the Departures level, Exits O,
W, and between Exits R and S, as well as on the Arrivals level at
Exits D and J.

AIRPORT FACILITIES
Money and communications:
There are banks in both the Arrivals and Departures concourses,
with ATMs located nearby. A bureau de change and post office are
located in the Arrivals concourse.
Eating and drinking:
There are several restaurants and food outlets at the airport.
Shopping:
There are newspaper stands, gift and duty-free shops offering
variety of goods.
Luggage:
The left-luggage lockers are not available due to security precautions.

Other facilities:
There is a medical centre offering vaccinations at Orly South.
There are art galleries and places of worship in both terminals.
DISABLED FACILITIES
The airport has facilities for disabled passengers at Orly West
Exit W, on the first floor, and at Orly South Exit E, on the ground
floor. Disabled spaces are located in all the airport car parks.
A discount is available to drivers in some of them upon presentation
of a valid disability badge.
AIRPORT HOTELS
There are hotels located on the airport site, with free shuttle
bus transfer from the terminals, include the Hilton Paris Orly (tel:
(0)1 4512 4512) and Ibis Orly (tel: (0)1 5670 5050).
