Loulé Carnical
The town of Loulé, holds its annual carnival every
February. Widely regarded as one of the best in Portugal,
the event is comprised of a vibrant procession of floats,
with a great deal of singing and dancing.

The Algarve International Music Festival
The Algarve International Music Festival is one of the most
important events on the local calendar. It includes a collection
of renowned musicians, from both the local area and abroad,
performing in numerous venues throughout the region.
August
The Seafood Festival
The town of Olhão, hosts one of the largest gastronomical
events in the Algarve region. The Seafood Festival offers
a spectacular range of delicacies from the sea prepared using
traditional recipes.
September
The Algarve Folklore Festival
The Algarve Folklore Festival brings together colourful music
and dance groups from all over Portugal to perform in the
various towns and resorts of the Algarve.
