Vienna. The land of Mozart and Beethoven. Vienna is more than
trotting horses, old ladies in amazingly beautiful fur coats
and tastiest of ice creams. Its unadulterated fun is ubiquitous
amidst the wide boulevards, broad avenues, fairytale mystical
palaces, amazing gardens, flowery parks, tall townhouses, solemn
churches, entertaining opera houses, theatres and historical
museums.

A traditional melting pot, Vienna, stands for what used to be
a former empire palace and seat for the Habsburg monarchy. Now
housing hosts of mystical museums, most popular of them all
are Schatzkammer, abode of astonishing crown jewels.
One of the nature's wonders, Innsbruck, is the largest ice cave
in the world. The halls are bedecked with all types of ice formations,
ice waterfalls, galleries, gigantic columns and towers of ice.
Placed at an elevation of 1640m, Innsbruck is regarded as the
largest of its kind in the world. The average temperature is
below zero in the cave. Every year the formation and build of
ice changed because of the several entrants that allow chill
air currents to come in.
It was Alexander von Mork who discovered this cave which
was located in Tennengebirge near Werfen. The visitors can
watch the spectacular view of the nearby mountain ranges from
the cave entrance. The visitors generally need to put on a
lot of warm clothes because the passageways are really cold
and people who go without them feel like trapped in Westinghouse
icebox. This is pretty unsafe and is not been recommended
by the local authorities. The caves are open for visitors
from May to October. Every year close to 2, 00,000 tourists
visit these caves.
This is the highest of them all. Grossglockner road is an outstanding
tour destination, not only because Grossglockner is the highest
mountain in Austria but also it's uncouth and unspoilt beauty
which makes the road every adventure freak visitor's dear darling.
Enroute you will discover magical Hohe Tauern National Park.
Along with that come the picturesque unpronounceable peaks.
To create an important trading route between Italy and Germany
the road was constructed in between 1930 and1935.
It's a fantastic mountain journey, Austria's favourite panorama
drama has all the ingredients to make you fill full after
the trip. All vegetation forms possibly found in entire Europe
are available in its rarest form in this short trip from "Ferleiten"
up to the "Franz-Josef Hoehe": Be it meadows or
alpine pastures. If the weather is alright you will find the
mountain Grossglockner (3.798 m) clear, inclined majestically
to the sky at the end of your road.
City's most famous son is world's most favourite musician. It's
Mozart. The memories and reminiscences of Mozart are still flowing
in the city. Mozart's birthplace, residence and innumerable
concerts, festivals, theatre, exhibitions will all tell you

There is Marble Palace built by Wolf Dietrich for Salome Alt
in 1606. The "angel staircase" leading to Europe's
"most beautiful wedding hall" is a must see for all
visitors. Hellburnn Palaces and Trick fountains are described
to be the most vivid example of mannerist architecture.
