By Car

By Bus
The city is served by an excellent bus service. Within Bristol, First City Line runs the buses while First Badgerline runs buses connecting the city and other local towns and villages. The service operates every day of the year except for festival and events. Buses are considered to be the cheapest mode of transportation, however if you have less time than it is advisable to hire a car or taxi.

By Train
Bristol is served by two main-line train stations; Temple Meads for the city center and Bristol Parkway for the North of the City. Services between both stations and London are frequent. The train runs on the hour and every half an hour during rush hour.

By Taxi
There are many taxi stands in the city. Taxis in the city that display the ‘Welcome Host’ sign, has drivers who have undergone a special course covering the attractions and places of interest in Bristol. Always make sure that you confirm the fare with the driver first.

By Coach
An express coach link, taking about half an hour, connects the airport to Bristol Temple Meads railway station and the city's bus station. The service operates every day of the year except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Alternatively, taxis are available from outside the terminal building.
